Marriage and Family Therapist

The process of finding a therapist can be overwhelming. Deciding to take the next step, making contact, can be a challenge.  I am here to provide an open, warm, and genuine environment where you can feel safe.

My joy comes from helping you.

Together we can clear a path for you to a peaceful life. I look forward to speaking with you, getting to know you, and being part of your journey.

As an experienced therapist, I believe working through our struggles provides an opportunity for a more satisfying and fulfilling life.

I use a number of therapeutic tools and theories in my work.  A few of the approaches I use include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Psychodynamic Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I choose my approach based on each individual client's life perspective, presenting problem, unique personality, and comfort level.  I believe a therapist is an experienced guide and I would be honored to walk with you on your journey. Learn more about me>>
